In the 21st century, the world offers opportunities for everyone. All the resources that we have today help us in many aspects to produce and promote hip-hop music. Every artist can film a video from home, upload it on YouTube, and gain popularity. You may not even need serious equipment or special production for that. You need just a camera, a musical instrument and a channel on YouTube. But a couple of years ago, for gaining popularity, artists were passing a long and hard journey. There were a lot of barriers for them, and it was hard to gain the attention of the audience. And most of those artists who became popular at that time, are considered as legends. They are the ones who built a road for younger generations and set standards.
